He promptly returned my phone call and arranged for his associate, Parker to come by to evaluate the project and give us an estimate. They were very accommodating, putting in our our new Maytag heat pump on a Saturday when we could be present. Ben & Michael were the installers and were very professional and pleasant to work with. I've already recommended MC to a neighbor who will also be needing a new unit.

They diagnosed the problem correctly the first time and my heating system was fixed within 15 minutes after they returned from the nearest parts house. They replaced a bad $15 component instead the entire board. I'm an electrical engineer and I had isolated the problem down to another area, assuming the capacitor was fine. The young man was very sharp, trustworthy and friendly.

We had a great experience with them! They got our new HVAC system in fast and were a breeze to work with. Made a point of showing us how it worked and made sure we were comfortable with it before they left. Cleaned up their work area spotlessly. Just nice guys who do good work the old fashioned way - right the first time!
